About the group
Support from people who get how the ADHD brain is wired
Adulting with ADHD brings a different level of challenge to everyday life. Partners, family, coworkers and peers can have trouble understanding how the ADHD brain is wired, which leads to misunderstandings, frustration and feeling stuck. This group offers positive support, information, education and community as we navigate issues related to adulting with ADHD.
Our support groups are a welcoming space to share your story, feel understood and connect with others walking a similar path. If you want more hands-on tools, strategies and guided learning, see our workshops and webinars, or read about therapy for adults with ADHD.
Register for all of the sessions or just one. We have rolling admissions, so you can join at any point in a 12-week session and drop into the meetings you can make. Registration is required to receive the virtual link.
