Touchstone Therapy Center, founded in 2003 as Therapediatrics, brings about 40 clinicians in counseling, PT, OT and speech therapy at our clinic in Vernon Hills, IL.

Finding accessible, supportive care for your whole family can be overwhelming. Every family has different needs, and driving everyone all over town for them eats the time you have for self-care and for each other.
Touchstone brings specialists in physical, occupational, speech and behavioral therapies together at one clinic, so care is more accessible and more connected. Our priority is collaboratively enhancing, educating and empowering families to reach their potential.

Call or send the form. An intake coordinator finds the best match for your schedule and goals.

Paperwork before the first visit
We take down demographic and insurance information and send the initial paperwork to complete ahead of time.
