I believe therapy should be a place where you feel comfortable being yourself, exploring challenges openly, and finding meaningful ways to move forward. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and practical, helping individuals, families, and couples better understand themselves, strengthen relationships, and navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence.

I provide individual therapy, family counseling, and couples therapy for teens and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, identity concerns, substance use challenges, and significant life transitions. As a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC), I bring 600 hours of supervised counseling experience, along with a background in crisis intervention, individualized treatment planning, group counseling, risk education, and community outreach. These experiences have strengthened my ability to support clients through difficult situations, identify meaningful goals, and develop practical strategies for lasting change. I also help individuals and families navigate substance use, recovery, and the ways these challenges can affect emotional well-being, communication, and relationships.

In couples and family counseling, I help clients improve communication, navigate conflict, rebuild trust, establish healthy boundaries, and strengthen emotional connections. I welcome individuals, couples, and families across diverse identities and relationship structures, including LGBTQIA+ partnerships, polyamorous relationships, and ethically nonmonogamous relationships. My goal is to help clients develop healthier, more fulfilling relationships that reflect their values and individual needs.

My therapeutic style is approachable, flexible, and grounded in curiosity rather than judgment. Drawing on Motivational Interviewing, I help clients recognize patterns, explore possibilities for change, develop practical coping strategies, and build confidence in their own decisions. Whether someone is managing anxiety, navigating a relationship challenge, or working toward personal growth, I believe therapy should be tailored to their unique needs and goals.

I have a particular passion for providing LGBTQIA+-affirming therapy, transgender and gender-diverse counseling, and neurodivergent-affirming support for teens and adults. I strive to create a welcoming environment where clients feel understood, respected, and accepted. My approach recognizes that everyone’s experiences, identities, relationships, and goals are unique, and therapy should reflect those differences.

I believe meaningful therapy begins with a genuine connection. Whether we’re exploring difficult emotions, working through relationship challenges, or talking about the interests and communities that matter to you, I want our work to feel personal, supportive, and relevant to your life. Ultimately, my goal is to help you feel more confident, connected, and empowered to create meaningful change.
