Cancellation Policy Since the scheduling of an appointment involves the reservation of time specifically for you, a minimum of 24 hours (1 day) notice is required for re-scheduling or canceling an appointment. If you know in advance that you will have a time conflict with a scheduled appointment, please let us know as soon as possible, and we will try to find another time to reschedule the appointment. If you do not cancel an appointment 24 hours in advance, you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee.
