I believe that growth begins when people feel genuinely seen, heard, and accepted for who they are. My goal is to create a therapeutic space where clients can show up authentically, explore life’s challenges without fear of judgment, and discover the strengths they already possess. I view therapy as a collaborative process—one built on trust, honesty, and the belief that meaningful change happens one step at a time.

I am especially passionate about working with adolescents and young adults as they navigate the unique challenges of growing up, developing their identity, strengthening relationships, and finding confidence in themselves. Whether someone is struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, or simply feeling stuck, I enjoy helping clients gain clarity, build resilience, and develop practical tools that support lasting change.

My approach is individualized and grounded in evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, I work collaboratively with each client to create a treatment plan that reflects their unique experiences, values, and goals. I am also comfortable incorporating spirituality and Christian perspectives into the therapeutic process when requested, respecting each client’s personal beliefs and allowing them to be a meaningful part of the healing journey.

I have experience working with adolescents, young adults, adults, and families, supporting clients through anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, emotional regulation, stress, and major life transitions. I also have experience working with individuals struggling with substance use and recovery, approaching these conversations with compassion, curiosity, and a nonjudgmental perspective. I believe that change is possible when clients feel understood rather than defined by their struggles.

At the heart of my work is the therapeutic relationship. I strive to create an environment where clients feel safe enough to be honest, challenged enough to grow, and supported enough to take meaningful risks. I value authenticity, cultural humility, collaboration, and individualized care, recognizing that every person’s path is different and deserves to be honored.

One of the most rewarding parts of being a therapist is witnessing clients recognize their own resilience and begin to see possibilities they may not have believed were available to them. Whether that means building self-worth, improving relationships, developing healthier coping strategies, or navigating a difficult season of life, I hope every client leaves therapy with greater confidence, a deeper understanding of themselves, and the belief that lasting change is possible.
