Stephanie is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional with over 15 years of experience working with individuals and families navigating a variety of challenges. Prior to entering private practice, Stephanie worked in the child welfare system, first as a case manager and later as a therapist for post-adoptive families.

Currently, Stephanie works primarily with individuals (children, adolescents, and adults). She works with a variety of issues, including anxiety, depression, divorce, women’s issues and life transitions. Her areas of specialty include grief and loss, trauma (including attachment, adoption, religious trauma & narcissistic abuse), and ADHD. Stephanie works from a strengths-based collaborative perspective and utilizes a variety of modalities, including narrative and systems theories, Polyvagal, Internal Family Systems (IFS)/parts work, attachment theory and trauma work.

Therapy is a collaborative process and Stephanie is committed to provided a safe and empowering environment. She looks forward to supporting you in your journey.
