I believe therapy begins with feeling safe, understood, and supported. My approach is person-centered and compassionate, creating a comfortable space where you can show up as yourself, explore what’s holding you back, and begin to see things from new perspectives. My goal is to help you build confidence, strengthen your relationships, and walk away with more coping skills than you came in with.
Before entering private practice, I spent several years working as a school counselor, supporting children and families through emotional, academic, and behavioral challenges. My own fertility journey deeply shaped the direction of my work, inspiring me to specialize in issues related to infertility, pregnancy, postpartum transitions, and pregnancy loss. I understand how isolating these experiences can feel, and I’m passionate about helping others find healing, connection, and hope through those seasons of life.
Clients often describe me as warm, approachable, and easy to talk to. I like to think of our sessions as a mix of comfort and gentle challenge a place where you can feel at ease while also gaining new insight and tools for growth.
Outside of my work as a therapist, I love teaching dance to kids (including “mommy and me” classes!) and spending time with my husband and our twin girls. And on the weekends, you might just catch me MC’ing a party — I still bring a little bit of that “hype person” energy wherever I go.
