Matt is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Case Manager with over 15 years of experience supporting individual adults, adolescents, couples and families. His knowledge and expertise allow for the enrichment and development of individuals, couples, groups, and families, so they may adjust and thrive in their lifelong journey.
Matt is dedicated to the development of a trusting relationship, where everyone may be heard and understood. He specializes in working with individuals and families who require behavioral health support for depression, anxiety, adjustment disorder, and chronic illness. As a practitioner, Matt utilizes Cognitive Behavioral, Solution-Focused, and Narrative Therapies. Matt utilizes training from the Gottman Institute when working with couples.
When not working, Matt enjoys spending time with his wife and 2 children. He can also be found playing video games, piano, watching the latest movie/tv show, or maintaining his own Lionel model railroad.
