As a former officer, Justin also works with first responders, offering a deep understanding of the unique stressors and emotional challenges they face. His personal experience allows him to connect with individuals in high-stress professions, providing tailored support to help them manage trauma, anxiety, and the pressures of their demanding roles. Justin’s empathetic approach ensures that first responders feel heard, validated, and equipped with practical tools to foster resilience and well-being both on and off duty.

These evidence-based practices allow him to tailor his counseling sessions to meet the unique needs of each client. Furthermore, he firmly believes in a strength-based framework, recognizing and nurturing the inherent resilience and capabilities within individuals.

Justin supports adults facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, anger management, and trauma. With children and adolescents Justin utilizes his extensive experience in the schools to address social dynamics, school refusal, and neurodiversity among other issues.
