I believe therapy should be a positive experience that feels engaging, meaningful, and most importantly, fun. My goal is to create a space where children and adolescents feel safe, comfortable, and accepted for exactly who they are. When kids feel connected and genuinely enjoy coming to therapy, they are more willing to explore challenges, build new skills, and discover confidence in themselves.

I have experience working with children and adolescents ages 5 through 17. I understand that every child is unique, which is why I approach therapy with flexibility, creativity, and the belief that there is no one right way to help a child grow.

I enjoy working with children and teens experiencing anxiety, ADHD, autism, trauma, depression, emotional regulation challenges, and difficulties with coping skills. I also have a passion for supporting LGBTQ+ youth and providing parent education that helps families better understand and support their child’s emotional and behavioral needs. My goal is to help children feel more confident, connected, and capable as they navigate everyday challenges.

My approach is individualized and relationship focused. I utilize Person Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing to help children better understand their emotions, develop healthy coping skills, and build habits that support long term emotional wellness. Every session is designed around the child’s unique personality, interests, and goals because I believe therapy should be as individual as the child sitting in front of me.

One of my favorite parts of being a therapist is finding creative ways to connect with each child. Whether we are playing a game, using fidgets, moving around the room, creating something together, or having meaningful conversations, I strive to make therapy a place where children want to come each week rather than somewhere they feel they have to be. I believe that play, movement, curiosity, and connection are powerful tools for helping children learn, heal, and grow.

Families can expect me to be warm, approachable, flexible, and supportive while creating an environment where children feel heard, respected, and encouraged. Helping children build confidence and celebrating their victories alongside their families is one of the most rewarding parts of my work.

Outside of the office, I enjoy running, riding my bike, playing Pokémon, and watching Star Wars. I love incorporating clients’ interests into our work together because shared interests often become meaningful opportunities for connection, trust, and growth.

My hope is that every child leaves therapy feeling supported, understood, and proud of the progress they are making. Above all, I want children to know they have a place where they can be themselves, have fun, and develop the confidence and skills they need to thrive both now and in the future.
