Breiana Moore

Hi, I’m Breiana! I believe therapy should be a place where you can show up as you are, feel genuinely heard, and have space to figure things out without judgment. You do not need to have everything figured out before coming to therapy. Sometimes having a safe place to slow down and talk honestly is an important first step.

I work with pre teens and teens ages 10 and up, as well as adults, experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, emotional regulation difficulties, identity development, and life transitions. I enjoy working with couples and creating a space where both partners can feel heard while learning to communicate more openly, understand each other’s perspectives, and strengthen their connection.

For teens, therapy might include navigating school and social pressures, friendships, family relationships, big emotions, or figuring out who you are becoming. With adults, our work may focus on healing from past experiences, managing anxiety or depression, strengthening relationships, setting boundaries, or changing patterns that no longer feel helpful.

My approach is person centered, trauma informed, and strengths based. I want to understand your experiences and work alongside you to identify what you need, build on the strengths you already have, and develop healthier ways of coping and moving forward.

Before beginning my clinical internship, I gained hands on experience in victim advocacy, peer support facilitation, and trauma informed work. These experiences shaped my belief that people need to feel safe, respected, and understood before meaningful change can happen.

Clients can expect me to be warm, grounded, compassionate, and genuine. Ultimately, I hope therapy can become a grounding point in your life: a place to better understand yourself, reconnect with your strengths, and feel more confident moving forward.
