Women who Ride the Waves Workshop Series

Join us for an empowering and interactive three-part workshop series designed to help you reduce stress through creative expression, movement, and experiential techniques. Each workshop will explore a unique theme to help you unwind and reconnect with yourself while gaining practical tools for managing stress and emotions.

Calming the Currents

When life feels chaotic and overwhelming, your body holds the storm. Calming the Currentis a restorative workshop designed to help you release stress, find balance, and reconnect with your center.

Through a blend of somatic practices, guided visualizations, and gentle body-based movement, you’ll learn how to quiet the inner noise and create a sense of calm that lasts beyond the workshop. Together, we’ll use breath, sound, and grounding exercises to help your nervous system reset and your body remember what peace feels like.

This session is perfect for women who feel pulled in every direction and are ready to reclaim a pocket of stillness for themselves.

Anchoring Intentions: Setting Intentions and Learning How to Let Go of Negative Thoughts and Ideas

When your mind is cluttered with “shoulds” and unhelpful thoughts, it’s hard to move forward with clarity. Anchoring Intentions is a creative workshop designed to help you set meaningful intentions and release what no longer serves you.

Through a blend of mindfulness, art, and movement, you’ll clear mental space and reconnect with your values, creating a foundation that feels steady and purposeful. Together, we’ll anchor your intentions so they can carry you forward into new possibilities.

Riding the Waves: Building Resilience and Coping Skills

Life’s challenges can feel like wave after wave crashing in. Riding the Waves is a hands-on workshop that teaches you how to meet those challenges with strength and flexibility.

Using experiential techniques, somatic practices, and creative exercises, you’ll explore ways to build resilience, expand your coping strategies, and strengthen your ability to recover when life pulls you off balance. This workshop is about learning to move with the waves not fighting against them.
