Gratitude scavenger hunt

Engaging in different activities helps to reinforce looking for gratitude in our daily lives. Use a phone or camera to take pictures of items that represent what you appreciate on this list.

Not only does this scavenger hunt help families to increase their awareness about gratitude but it opens up opportunities to get to know your family members better and what is important to them. What’s also great about doing this activity, especially during the holidays,  is that the scavenger hunt can be done with extended families that you may not be able to see this year during the pandemic and offers a fun way to stay connected.
